College Camp Consulting was founded by Coach John Garris, a passionate softball coach andmentor from Alabama whose vision and values continue to guide everything we do. Coach Garrisbuilt Pinnacle Performance Training and Consulting with a clear mission: help young athletesdevelop not just as players, but as well-rounded people of strong character. He believed deeply inhard work, family values, education, and giving every dedicated player the knowledge, skills, andopportunities they needed to succeed both on and off the field.

Whether he was running drills or offering encouragement during challenging moments, CoachGarris was always approachable and ready to teach. His genuine care created a lasting culture ofrespect, integrity, and excellence. We honor his memory by staying true to that foundation —providing high-quality softball training, honest recruiting guidance, and practical camp solutionsthat truly help athletes, coaches, and families.

We are also grateful for the important contributions of Marcos Bronfman, our former CFO, whoplayed a key role in shaping the operations of our company. Marcos brought sharp businessinsight and a steady hand to our leadership team. His thoughtful consultation helped us buildefficient, sustainable systems that allow us to focus on what matters most: delivering excellentexperiences for players and coaches. We continue to carry forward his dedication to doing thingsthe right way.
